Felicity is a solicitor in the London office, specialising in construction contracts and project advice.
Felicity spent the first year of her training contract in the disputes team, specialising in construction litigation defending consultants and contractors.
Following this Felicity spent 6 months working in house at a global tier one contractor. She gained experience of advising on large scale international projects across a wide range of sectors, and became involved in key joint ventures.
Felicity is well versed in all standard form contracts such as NEC, JCT and FIDIC contracts as well as bespoke agreements
Felicity trained with Beale & Co and qualified into the Contracts and Project Advisory team in September 2023.
